At this point, Mental Check-Up is used as a comprehensive and highly functional instrument to evaluate whether the personnel to be recruited is ready to work and live on the ship before the contract, and the findings are presented to the company by reporting.

MMPI

The MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory) test is a test that reveals the personality traits scientifically and objectively, and aims to objectively evaluate the individual's personal and social harmony. The test is divided into 10 sub-scores for clinical assessment: (Hypochondriasis, Depression, Hysteria, Psychopathic Deviation, Masculinity - Femininity, Paranoia, Psychasthenia, Schizophrenia, Hypomania, Social Introversion). If the test is tried to be manipulated by the participant, this situation can also be detected in the findings. The MMPI test is a comprehensive, functional and reliable test for detecting difficulties and possible pathologies in the personality component.

It is a test that measures attention, timing, impulsivity, and hyperactivity performance. It does not contain opinions and emotions. Sub-cognitive skills such as focusing accompanying attention, struggling with distractors, impulsivity, and maintaining attention are functions that are used at any time in daily life. The difficulties experienced by the person in these executive functions also affect his work and performance and prevent the reflection of existing potential on performance. In the maritime sector, these skills are especially used when communicating, making decisions in times of crisis, and handling details during operations. If the cognitive skills of the personnel are below the expected level, it will not be surprising to experience occupational accidents due to the human factor.

NEO PI-R

It is a personality measurement tool used for competency assessment and competency development. Comprehensive assessment reports are created from the answers given by the person in the inventory.
