Mental Scan

Preliminary data are obtained from tests, surveys and interviews with employees to identifying and tracking training needs.

Mental Check-Up

Mental Check-Up, which is used in screening applications apart from assessment processes, is applied to analyze the mental status of the marine worker currently working in the company and to use this data as a reference in the recruitment processes.

PRT (Psy Routine Test)

Academic studies show that seafarers often do not share their difficulties with anyone and do not receive support. PRT is a mental tracking system developed to monitor the psychological well-being of seafarers who work and live at sea for long periods isolated from land and social life and to take necessary actions when necessary. These are the follow-up tests performed before the contract and every 3 months during the contract. Within the scope of follow-up tests, seafarers' depression, anxiety, anger, stress and psychological well-being are measured.

A psychologist meeting is planned with seafarers who are found to have psychological difficulties after PSY.

Trainings

As Marine Mental Management, we find it valuable to bring the disciplines of maritime and psychology together. The fact that seafarers and land personnel working with seafarers have the methods and solutions that the science of psychology has revealed so far helps to reduce many risks within the processes. The use of psychoeducation as a preventive method has a positive impact on seafarers' mental health and work efficiency.

While determining the trainings, Mental Check-Up and PRT results, surveys applied to seafarers and interviews with employees are used as references.
